Patients living in Langbank can attend either Langbank or Kilmacolm surgeries.
How to Register as a Patient
You will need to complete the new patient registration form and the new patient health questionnaire, both of which can be downloaded below:
When completed, please email BOTH documents to ggc.gp86209clinical@, or alternatively post them to the surgery. nhs.scot
Temporary Residents
Patients visiting from another area in the UK for a period of less than 3 months, and who become unwell, are entitled to be seen as a temporary resident. Our practice can register you as a temporary resident if you stay in postcodes PA13 or PA14 only.
If you only require a supply of your regular medication and you are normally resident in Scotland, it may be possible to obtain this from a local pharmacy under the "unscheduled care" scheme. This will avoid any delay whilst waiting for a GP appointment. If you are ordinarily resident in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, it still may be possible for a pharmacist to liaise directly with your usual GP in order to arrange medication.
